Postage and shipping charges

All orders in excess of £100.00 total value are delivered free of charge throughout the UK mainland. For orders below this value there is an additional charge to cover postage and packing, this is calculated based on which product is added to basket. Different items attract different postage charges, depending on the costs to post the specific items. All shipping charges will be shown when the products are added to the shopping basket.

Depending on the item, the goods will be dispatched through either the Royal Mail our nominated carrier company. If a carrier company is used, we will supply details of that company, and also details of any tracking number that you may use to track the delivery of your order.

Deliveries by Royal mail (usually used for smaller items) usually take 2-4 days. Deliveries by carrier take 1-3 days. (Usually 1-2 days except in busy times).

If we try to deliver while you are out a card will be left giving details of your local collection point. You can contact this collection point to arrange a new convenient delivery time or call and collect the goods yourself. It is your responsibility to ensure you are available at your chosen delivery address to receive the goods.
